Lead Data Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Strategist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with large data sets, drive business solutions, and make a real impact on the organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in statistics, computer science, or a related field, as well as experience with machine learning techniques and tools such as R, Python, and TensorFlow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions
  • Mine and analyze large data sets to discover trends and patterns
  • Assess the effectiveness of new data sources and data gathering techniques
  • Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to enhance and automate existing business processes

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models
  • Strong background in statistics, computer science, or a related field
  • Experience with machine learning techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in data analysis and machine learning
  • Strong knowledge of statistical languages and software packages (R, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with deployment of machine learning models using cloud technologies

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience with Azure OpenAI services and Generative AI
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, Llama index, Vector DB, and fine-tuning of open-source LLMs
