Senior Manufacturing Strategist

The Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Strategist to lead our end-to-end diagnostics initiatives across plants and value streams.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have 8+ years of experience in a manufacturing or consulting background with expertise in strategy, operations, technology, innovation, and team management.
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact initiatives, driving change on the shop floor through client capability building, and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and business development capabilities.
  • Accustomed to working in teams, including virtual teams, with highly developed personal and professional ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver cost-out programs (Lean/TPM, yield & scrap reduction, energy/utilities optimization, maintenance strategy, network/footprint).
  • Shape Industry 4.0 roadmaps (MES/SCADA/historian, IoT/edge, digital twins, APS, advanced quality analytics) and run pilots-through-scale with measurable EBITDA impact.
  • Build business cases and benefit-tracking models; present to CXO/Board; drive change on shop floor through client capability building.
  • Orchestrate multi-workstream programs with cross-functional teams and ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, OT vendors) with attention to data, cyber, and safety.
