About You:
- You have at least 1 year of experience in product support, technical support, or related roles, preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital marketing environments.
- You possess hands-on experience with tools like Bluecore, BigQuery, Datadog, Looker, or similar platforms, and strong technical troubleshooting skills in a customer-facing role.
