Job Description

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive results.

  • Develop creative concepts for multiple brands across various industries, from campaign planning and ideation to scriptwriting and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team on all creative ideation and presentation of pitches.
  • Present comprehensive creative plans to clients for any campaign or script narration.
  • Ensure high-quality creative work and pursue awards to recognize the team's achievements.
  • Report to the Creative Lead, who provides overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns and other creative tasks.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Solutions Team on daily tasks, from social media posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual guidance to the graphic design team on ideas and concepts.
  • Break down briefs for junior creatives to facilitate a smooth and efficient process.
  • Oversee revisions based on internal and external feedback, setting realistic timelines that balance creativity and client goals.
  • Actively engage throughout the production process, from idea generation to final product delivery.

A strong understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and target audience preferences is essential. Leadership abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and project management expertise are also highly valued.
