Job Overview

The British Standards Institution (BSI) is seeking an experienced Assessment Team Lead to manage a portfolio of clients and deliver assessment services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a minimum of 4 years of experience and 2 years of experience in IT service management. A bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology is required.

The role involves leading assessment teams, managing client relationships, and delivering assessments in accordance with BSI protocols. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading assessment teams and ensuring that quality of service is maintained
  • Managing client relationships and delivering assessments in accordance with BSI requirements
  • Providing training and guidance to clients to ensure compliance with BSI protocols
  • Preparing and presenting assessment reports outlining the findings of the assessment
  • Recommending the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates and reporting recommendations in accordance with BSI policy

The salary for this role is approximately £60,000-£70,000 per year, depending on experience. The position requires excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and travel intensively.
