Logistics Innovation Expert

The Core Product Engineer plays a vital role in defining processes for operations and requirements for digital solutions. With strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, the engineer collaborates with customers, operations, and technical team members to deliver highly efficient and effective services for our customers and provide state-of-the-art digital solutions.


Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, refine, and document business requirements through workshops and feedback sessions.
  • Analyze processes and data flows to identify improvement opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure user stories are well-defined.
  • Define test criteria, support UAT, and manage bugs/change requests.
  • Maintain clear records of processes, decisions, and user materials.
  • Foster agile values, remove blockers, and iterate on processes.
  • Contribute to vision, roadmap, market analysis, and feature prioritization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in process analysis and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes, software, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with customer service tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and operational concepts clearly.
  • Proven experience in leading client workshops and coordinating activities across multiple teams.
