Job Title: Financial Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive growth and performance of our financial products.

This role offers end-to-end responsibility for business numbers of assigned products, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Growth Planning:
  1. Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  2. Own and drive growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.
  2. Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
  • Growth Strategy Execution:
  1. Own GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  2. Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
  • Business Performance Tracking:
  1. Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
  2. Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
  • Key Business Metrics Ownership:
  1. Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  2. Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Growth Program Management:
  1. Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
  2. Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.
  • Stakeholder Partnerships:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
  2. Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
  • Innovation & Optimization:
  1. Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
  2. Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
  • Experience in owning the P&L of a product/category, and driving growth in high-performance environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
