Financial Planning Specialist

The Financial Planning Specialist plays a crucial role in driving business growth through insightful financial analysis and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive ROCE (Return on Capital Employed) analysis to identify areas of improvement at the product category, segment, and company level.
  • Develop sales plans and forecasts that align with business objectives, including providing GSP data for marketing and facilitating management sign-off of annual plan documents.
  • Prepare daily product costing sheets for marketing requirements and maintain accurate monthly gross margin statements across various product categories and customer segments.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business is mandatory.
  • Professional certifications such as MBA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Marketing Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis is required.
Desired Skills
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret changing sales trends and influence decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP and financial planning software is highly desirable.
