Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Proactive Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering engaging course content, providing personalized support to students, assessing learner progress, and incorporating feedback to improve instructional strategies.

This is a part-time freelance role that offers flexibility and autonomy. The trainer will work independently to develop and implement new training materials to meet the evolving needs of learners.

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Certified Corporate Trainer
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Proficiency with Online Learning Platforms and Virtual Classrooms
  • Able to Assess Learner Progress and Provide Constructive Feedback
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and Remotely
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education or a Related Field
  • Prior Experience in the Educational Sector is a Plus
