Job Opportunity: Strategic Creative Director

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned creative professional with exceptional storytelling skills and leadership abilities. As our new Strategic Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing innovative campaigns that drive results.

  • Develop strategic thought leadership through content creation and campaign planning.
  • Mentor and manage a team of talented writers and designers to produce high-quality work.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development department to identify new opportunities and develop pitches.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
  • Promote a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in copywriting, scriptwriting, and creative visualization. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong research and analytical skills are also essential.
