Job Title: Creative Director UI/UX

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic individual to join our organization as a Creative Director UI/UX. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing top-quality video editing, graphic design, and Webflow skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging video and static ad creatives, building funnels in Webflow, managing client visual identity projects, and composing nurture email sequences.

Additionally, they will manage and strategize organic growth across multiple platforms, learn copywriting, and research and write long- and short-form content.

They will also edit high-quality videos, create and launch e-books and other lead magnet resources, coordinate with SEO partners, and set up pixels and heat maps.

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with the founders to equip you with the necessary tools, guidance, and support to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create highly engaging video and static ad creatives
  • Build funnels in Webflow for clients
  • Manage client visual identity projects
  • Compose nurture email sequences and track analytics
  • Manage and strategize organic growth across social media platforms
  • Learn copywriting, research, and write long- and short-form content
  • Edit high-quality, engaging long- and short-form videos
  • Create and launch e-books and other lead magnet resources
  • Coordinate with SEO partners and optimize landing pages for maximum traffic
  • Set up pixels, heat maps, and run data-driven CRO experiments
