Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.

This key member of our creative team will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating compelling visuals that align with our brand aesthetics.

You will work closely with our marketing, brand, and digital teams to bring ideas to life through design, ensuring consistency and impact in every piece of content.

Responsibilities

  • Design Concepts: Develop and execute creative concepts for digital and print media, including social media graphics, website assets, email templates, and printing collaterals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Content) to understand project requirements and deliver visually engaging designs.
  • Visual Content: Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and other custom visuals as needed.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all design work in line with established guidelines.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate the brand's visual appeal.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
  • Final Artwork: Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of professional design experience (experience in the sports, wellness, or FMCG industry is a plus).
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a bonus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, attention to detail, and versatility across different mediums.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
