Job Title:

Creative Visionary Leader

About the Role:

  • This role involves overseeing the artistic direction and vision for architectural projects.
  • We are looking for a seasoned professional with 15–25 years of experience in an architectural practice, preferably post-B.Arch/M.Arch.
  • The ideal candidate should hold a B.Arch / M.Arch degree (postgraduate degree desirable) and be an Indian registered architect (mandatory).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a creative leadership style that inspires team members and promotes a positive company culture across the office.
  • Identify opportunities to drive business growth and revenue objectives, in line with local business development targets.
  • Manage key accounts and develop strategies to secure new clients and opportunities, resulting in sustained success.
  • Mentor and lead team members, helping them achieve their professional goals and contributing to the company's overall success.
  • Take charge of architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality results within the company's quality management system.
  • Effectively manage resources, coordinate workflow between offices on joint projects, and contribute to consistent profits through sustainable fee turnover.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports through the company's global practice management systems.
  • Promote the company's visibility, reputation, and thought leadership/design leadership by engaging in professional publications, speaking events, and other platforms.

Requirements:

  • Indian resident with a valid passport for international travel on company business.
  • Fluency in English language (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Ability to join the company no later than three months from any offer of employment.
  • Strong understanding of core business functions, including contract law, employment law, accounting, financial planning, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with technical software relevant to the design profession, particularly Revit.
  • Data Centre project experience is considered a significant advantage.
