Job Title: Associate UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in crafting seamless, user-friendly experiences for our customers across all touchpoints.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in both product design and brand-focused design projects. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to create intuitive, visually appealing, and functional user interfaces for our digital products (web and mobile).

  1. Product Design:
  • Assist in designing user-centric designs that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into user-friendly designs.
  • Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
  • Participate in user testing and gather feedback to refine designs and improve user experience.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with our product's design system and guidelines.
  1. Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Participate in design critiques and offer constructive feedback to other team members.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and design tools to continually improve the design process.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships or freelance work may be considered). Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or similar. A solid understanding of UI design principles, UX best practices, and responsive design. Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX design process, including any projects related to product or marketing design. Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS, etc.) is a plus but not required.
