About the Role

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer with strong design fundamentals and a forward-thinking mindset to join our product team. This role is ideal for someone who can create visually engaging designs and effectively collaborate with engineers to bring them to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • User Experience Design: Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Lead User Research and Usability Testing: Gather insights to refine designs through lead user research and usability testing.
  • Ensure Designs Align with Accessibility Standards: Ensure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.

Design-to-Development Handoff: Use tools like Figma's Dev Mode, Zeplin, or Storybook to provide engineers with clean assets and clear design specs. Collaborate with engineers to ensure faithful implementation of designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).
  • Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience contributing to or managing a design system.
