About the RoleA Creative Director is responsible for leading a team of creative professionals in developing innovative ideas that drive client reputation and engagement. They are accountable for co-developing creative strategies, overseeing ideation, and setting standards for all creative output.
Main Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that meet or exceed client goals.
- Creative Leadership: Direct and inspire a team of creatives to produce high-quality work that resonates with target audiences.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and manage a team of creatives to ensure smooth project execution.
- 8-10 years of experience in a senior creative role at a reputable agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
- Strong time and resource management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated expertise in design tools, digital platforms, and media trends.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
