Visionary Creative Leader

Our organization is seeking a visionary leader to shape the creative direction of projects. With 3-5 years of experience, this individual will have honed their skills in ad designing and visualization across digital, social, and integrated mediums.
Key responsibilities include executing creative concepts in collaboration with copy partners, under the guidance of the Creative Director. They must possess a breadth of style and design capability, coupled with quick conceptualization of ideas and identification of creative thinking towards big ideas.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the latest trends in design, web standards, and industry trends. They should also have excellent visual presentation skills, interpreting concepts into design and taking ownership of creative work.
A strong leader, this creative supervisor leads the design team by example, ensuring the brand tone and position is exemplified within the creative product. They provide insightful, creative executions that positively impact a client's business, while motivating and developing the design team.
Essential Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Proficient in Photoshop, In-design, Illustrator, AE, Premier Pro, and Midjourney/AI
- Strong conceptual thinking, typography, and design skills
- Bachelor's degree/diploma from a reputable design school (desired)
