Job Overview

The Commercial Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the revenue cycle of our operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Oversee end-to-end financial operations with a focus on the revenue cycle.
    • Ensure seamless execution, accuracy, and compliance in all financial processes.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting Excellence
    • Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts for the organization.
    • Monitor and track budgets, identifying variances and providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting and Closing Process
    • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports.
    • Prepare detailed balance sheet schedules and reconciliations, maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Management Information Systems and Compliance
    • Design and maintain comprehensive management information systems (MIS) to support data-driven decision-making.
    • Coordinate with auditors and stakeholders to ensure smooth audit closures and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
    • Provide insightful financial analysis and commercial support to leadership, informing strategic decisions.

    • Assume additional assignments or special projects as directed by senior leadership, demonstrating adaptability and expertise.
