Financial Planning Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Manager to oversee financial planning and performance for wind energy and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. This individual will be responsible for managing financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and control of accounts payable/receivable processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project-based accounting, budgeting, and cash flow management. They will also possess excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts for wind energy and EPC projects.
  • Monitor project financial performance, analyze variances, and prepare periodic reports for management review.
  • Oversee and manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Ensure proper project cost allocation, tracking, and financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualified CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 7-10 years of financial experience, preferably in EPC / wind energy / infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting tools, MS Excel, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
