Wind Energy Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee regional wind energy operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of projects within allocated timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Manage day-to-day operations in designated regions, guaranteeing efficient project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards in compliance with company and client requirements.
- Project Delivery: Ensure all project activities are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Commercial Coordination: Handle billing, invoicing, and commercial aspects related to regional operations.
- Logistics Management: Oversee trailer logistics and transportation planning for movement of wind turbine components and equipment.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly review site performance and provide timely operational reports and updates.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the site operations team to achieve project goals.
