Job Description Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Noida, India

Experience Required: 5-7 years of proven expertise in Digital Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, social media, and performance marketing, with a track record of driving measurable business growth. The role requires strategic thinking, strong execution skills, and the ability to optimize campaigns using analytics-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and social platforms to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Create and manage SEO initiatives to achieve top-ranking keywords, improve website traffic, and enhance domain authority.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of digital campaigns, from planning and execution to monitoring and optimization.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

  • Leverage Google Analytics, HubSpot, Apollo, and other tools to monitor performance, generate detailed reports, and derive actionable insights.
  • Optimize ad performance to improve engagement rates, reduce bounce rates, and achieve higher ROI on campaigns.
  • Lead data-driven link-building and content strategies to boost organic growth.

Content & Campaign Management

  • Design and execute impactful content marketing strategies for blogs, landing pages, and product pages.
  • Manage targeted email campaigns, ensuring deliverability, IP reputation management, and measurable engagement improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging alignment and impactful digital presence.

Leadership & Teamwork

  • Guide and mentor junior digital marketing team members.
  • Coordinate with creative, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Skilled in tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Google Analytics, Canva, and WordPress.
  • Proven success in boosting lead generation, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing engagement metrics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and project management abilities.
