Role Summary
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for customer issue resolution and communication. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience in international call center operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the single point of contact for issue resolution and customer communication via calls and emails throughout the order delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure accurate feasibility checks and product selection using client tools, adhering to client standards and guidelines throughout the qualification process.
- Manage order creation, follow-up, and maintain end-to-end visibility of order status.
- Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Ensure 100% quality and KPI compliance for all deliverables.
- Generate daily dashboards on order status and update customers according to the agreed process.
- Strong communication skills, including experience handling international customer calls and effective written communication.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- At least 1+ years of experience in International Call Center operations.
- Order Management knowledge is preferred.
