Role Overview

We seek an experienced professional to fill a senior strategic role. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction, coupled with exceptional collaboration skills to drive business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Apply expertise in Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in regular meetings to review progress and discuss emerging trends.
  • Provide timely reports on the status of ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Offer guidance on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support informed decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Facilitate effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5-10 years of professional experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • A proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • A strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with boards or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
