The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with order inquiries, resolving any issues, and offering the best of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.
  • Work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Utilize office tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF, etc., and be ready to learn new tools as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent business communications skills in English.
  • A laptop/PC, headphone, smartphone, and reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Familiarity with office software and willingness to learn new tools.
