- Communicate with drivers and fleets to resolve issues and enforce high service standards.
- Confirm ride completion and update the system accordingly.
- Keep detailed records of interactions for consistency and follow-up.
- Maintain good working relationships with suppliers, CS operations, sales, and external stakeholders.
- Provide exceptional customer service support.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar environment.
- Strong operational and analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and conversation Spanish speaking skills.
- Ability to accommodate a full-time schedule of 24/7 and 6 days a week, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
