Job Title: BPO Team Lead - Operations Management
Job Summary:
NTT DATA Services seeks an experienced BPO Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of a US Healthcare provider data management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage team performance to ensure timely and accurate data management and delivery of client requirements.
- Collaborate with the quality and business transformation team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to team members on process updates and best practices.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data management processes.
- Analyze and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in US healthcare working with provider data management.
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday 20:30pm to 5:30am IST.
- University degree or equivalent with 3+ years of formal studies.
- Good logical thinking ability and strong communication skills.
- Exposure to MS Office and ability to work in a team environment.
