Job Title

Seeking Experienced Oracle C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven expertise in Oracle Utilities C2M suite with deep understanding of Customer Care and Billing, Meter Data Management, Service and Asset-based architecture.
  • Strong technical skills including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders.
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework and Oracle Integration Cloud.
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in Oracle SOA Suite, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture.
  • Familiarity with head-end system integration, AMI, SCADA data flows, and role-based access control.
  • Strong experience in data modeling, batch processing, schema design, validation rules, Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques.
Leadership Skills
  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience and ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints.
  • Proven track record of delivering Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Capability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops.
Requirements
  • Deep understanding of customer care and billing processes.
  • Strong technical skills including programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL.
  • Experience with Oracle utilities application framework and oracle integration cloud.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development and architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of oracle database and pl/sql.
