Are you a seasoned architect looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our team in Mumbai. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, develop your leadership skills and be part of a global top 100 architecture firm.

This role requires someone with 8-12 years of experience in architectural practice, preferably with international/global firm experience. You will be responsible for managing technical delivery of all prestigious architectural projects, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting global quality standards.

You will lead a team, mentor junior architects and ensure design intent and statutory compliance are achieved at every stage. Your expertise in Revit and other design software, as well as strong knowledge of Indian building codes and zoning regulations, will be essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the technical delivery of projects from start to finish.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of architects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Design and Quality Control: Ensure design intent and statutory compliance are achieved at every stage.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent built environment discipline).
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in architectural practice, preferably with international/global firm experience.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Revit and other design software, strong knowledge of Indian building codes and zoning regulations.
