About This Role:

This position oversees the construction and fit-out of new showrooms and related works, ensuring adherence to launch plans. The successful candidate will lead a team of site engineers, collaborating closely with senior management to execute expansion projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination: Responsible for coordinating and obtaining GFC approvals for project sites.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinates with internal stakeholders for design and material approvals, as well as vendor delivery timelines.
  • Site Operations: Oversees both civil and interiors work across offices, branches, and showrooms, including renovation or new construction projects.
  • Project Execution: Ensures timely execution of projects across multiple locations, coordinating with architects and senior management as needed.
  • Manpower Planning: Plans and allocates manpower to sites for construction projects.
  • Progress Review: Reviews progress regularly with the team, adopting best practices and processes to ensure high-quality execution.
  • PMO Support: Assists the Project Management Office in tracking and updating project progress, escalating issues and providing necessary support.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent project management skills, with experience in construction and site operations. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential, along with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
