Senior Architect Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to take on key responsibilities in architectural design, project management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative design ideas with the latest finishes and value adds.
  • Expertise in drafting technical drawings with knowledge of material products and its applications.
  • Collaborate closely with other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors, and architectural technologists.
  • Coordinate with project coordinators, architects, structural consultants, and MEP experts.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 10-13+ years of experience in similar boutique companies.
  • Strong presentation skills and confident interactions with clients.
  • Disciplined and systematic approach to work deliverables.
  • Willngness to travel and be available for ongoing project site visits and client meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Commercial, Residential, & Institutional Architectural Projects planning & execution.
  • Responsible for leading and managing projects from design conceptualization, planning, coordination, detailed drawing development, execution to final project handover.
  • Direct and manage supporting staff in delegating work and overseeing assistance on projects as necessary.
  • Active preparation of BOQs as per allocated budgets.
