Position Overview:

Lead performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels and develop paid marketing campaigns with the goal of driving user acquisition, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and scaling the customer base.

This role will optimize campaign performance by analyzing results and continuously adjusting bids, targeting, creatives, and messaging to ensure maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B SaaS marketing experience is mandatory, with a deep understanding of sales cycles, customer lifetime value (CLV), and the need for ongoing user retention.
  • Expertise in paid media, analytics, and campaign optimization is required.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are necessary for managing marketing budgets, tracking spend against performance goals, and optimizing for cost-efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or similar roles with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • Has handled significant performance marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving significant ROI from marketing budgets, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets and KPIs.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing channels, including search and other relevant platforms.
