Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to fill this challenging role. As a critical thinker with strong technical expertise, you will work closely with our valued customers to address their complex post-sales concerns.

You will be responsible for providing technical support, configurations, and troubleshooting services to our customers via phone, email, and web. Your expertise in Cloud and Network Security technologies will enable you to provide best practices observations and technical services to our customers.

To succeed in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of software release and bug cycles, as well as experience with multi-vendor troubleshooting. You will work directly with ETAC and Engineering to resolve customer issues and publish technical support bulletins and user documentation in the Knowledge Base.

  • Provide technical support and configurations to customers via phone, email, and web
  • Provide technical services around Cloud and Network Security technologies
  • Meet enhanced response SLA's for customers who purchase our Platinum Support Offering
  • Handle support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow-ups finished in a timely manner
  • Use fault isolation and root cause analysis skills to diagnose and tackle complicated technical issues
  • Work to reproduce customer issues and qualify critical issues
  • Work directly with ETAC and Engineering to get customer issues resolved
  • Have a thorough understanding of software release and bug cycles
  • Conduct multi-vendor troubleshooting
