At Seagate, we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Salesforce Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting business applications for our Sales, Marketing, and enterprise-wide Salesforce platform.

About the Role:

  • Work with business teams and process teams to understand business needs and translate into clear, detailed requirements.
  • Advocate on behalf of business partners to ensure that proposed solutions meet business requirements and provide a positive user experience.
  • Drive systems-related project execution in direct partnership with IT, document business results achieved through solution implementation.
  • Lead UAT business planning and execution, review QA, and write UAT test scripts.
  • Partner with project stakeholders, IT, and System Administrator teams to plan and prepare for Go-Live and post-go live support.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, issue management, communication, and change management.

  • Technically strong, energetic, highly collaborative, and passionate Salesforce Consultant.
  • Passionate to keep self-knowledge updated with Salesforce releases.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start a new initiative and drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • You strive for excellence.
  • Happy to work independently and as part of a team.

Your Experience:

  • Systems Analyst or Consulting experience preferred.
  • Proven success and experience with a complex, enterprise-wide project.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Business Systems and Salesforce.com certifications.
  • Sales Operations or Business Operations experience is a plus.
  • Business Analyst experience.
  • Experience with and understanding of the Salesforce platform, demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce capabilities to provide solutions to business problems.
  • Solid organization skills to keep projects on track and moving toward the end business goal.
  • Able to work independently and consider cross-functional and downstream impacts with close attention to detail.
  • Able to produce high-quality, detailed, and thorough analysis documentation to present information effectively and clearly to partners.
  • Able to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or software implementation lifecycle.
