Operations Specialist Role

This role requires you to be responsible for coordinating with candidates, maintaining data hygiene, controlling documents and offers, coordinating onboarding with HR, and turning JDs into simple collaterals.

You will maintain Manatal stages/tags, de-dupe, keep Sheets current; publish weekly pipeline, productivity tracker and offer reports. You will also standardise naming/folders for CVs, scorecards, IDs, approvals; ensure audit readiness.

This role requires a strong Excel/Sheets (filters, pivots, basic lookups) and calendar discipline. It also requires high attention to detail, process orientation, and reliable follow-through. Additionally, you should have a clear written communication and be able to learn Manatal quickly and stick to SOPs.

The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years in any ops-heavy role, prior exposure to TA/HR workflows, campus/event coordination, background-check processes, data privacy hygiene, Canva/PowerPoint basics.
