Job Title
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment, business partnerships, and candidate pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
- Business Partnerships: Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
- Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing on platforms and referrals.
- Candidate Engagement: Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track recruitment metrics and present reports to leadership.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.
Requirements
- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or staffing environments.
- Tight Timelines: Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
- Sourcing Skills: Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
