Job Title: Relationship Manager Institutional Liabilities
\This is a Relationship Management position focusing on Institutional Liabilities. We are looking for a professional who can drive sales and originate new relationships with clients in the cash-rich segments of companies, particularly MNCs and E-commerce businesses. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in liabilities, cash management, new-age payment methods, and transaction banking.

- Originate new relationships with clients in the cash-rich segments of companies, including MNCs and E-commerce businesses.\
- Drive sales and revenue growth through effective relationship management and business development skills.\
- Leverage existing relationships with intermediaries, such as law firms, CA/CS firms, and consultancy firms, to source deals in the M&A and PE/VC space.\
- Support regional sales heads in implementing liabilities strategy and meeting revenue budgets.\
- Identify and focus on appropriate market segments, analyzing key requirements and positioning DBS Bank offerings to meet client needs.\
- Support commercialization of various product rollouts catering to identified client segments.\
- Manage commercial liabilities portfolios and acquire new commercial liabilities business.\
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.\
- Maintain a deep understanding of regulatory guidelines, financial markets, and products to provide valuable insights to clients.\
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market developments to inform business strategies.\
- Analyse data and metrics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform business decisions.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.\
- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.\
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably with postgraduate qualifications or certifications.\
- Prior experience in sales, relationship management, or business development, preferably in the financial services industry.\
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.\
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, originating new business, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.\
- Familiarity with financial markets, products, and regulations, particularly in the context of institutional liabilities.\
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of productivity.\
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.\
- Knowledge of database management systems, CRM software, and other technology platforms used in sales and relationship management.\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and other cloud-based productivity tools.\
- Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, to attend meetings, conferences, and training sessions.\
- English language proficiency, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\
- Good understanding of cultural differences and sensitivity to working in a multicultural environment.\
