Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Analyst to join our team.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications and services.
  • Provide day-to-day technical support and identify areas for service improvement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure robustness and resilience of the platform.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in SRE/DevOps skills, including expertise in production governance and change management.

They will also be familiar with IBM Cloud and DevOps tools, and be open to working in shifts and supporting a 24*7 on-call rota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product development and feature teams to understand upcoming changes.
  • Regularly attend refinement and planning sessions.
  • Identify areas for service improvement by analyzing and diagnosing recurring incidents and customer feedback.
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement to reinforce the robustness of the domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
