Job Description:
">- We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our organization.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong understanding of MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this position.
- A typing speed of at least 60-80 WPM is required.
- Experience with troubleshooting, case lifecycles, and analytical skills for breaking down issues is also necessary.
- Familiarity with support methodologies and knowledge of ticketing tools, ITIL, and Google products is preferred.
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
">- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using SOP documents.
- Use analytical skills to break down issues and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and products.
Requirements:
">- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
- Flexible with night shifts and rotation shifts.
- Carry two photocopies of Aadhar/PAN.
- Have registered EPs.
- Submit a valid copy of application form during the drive.
- End-to-end knowledge in Record to Report Process.
Preferred Requirements:
">- 6+ months of experience in infra, Storage, Service Desk.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on Google products.
- Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification.
