Job Title: Senior Vendor Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vendor Management Specialist to oversee the coordination of vendor relationships, ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and support smooth operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a single point of contact for vendors and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks, maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to negotiate contracts, manage purchase orders, and facilitate payment cycles.
  • Maintain vendor databases, contracts, and operational records, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support procurement teams in cost optimization initiatives, leveraging expertise to drive value and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to process invoices and manage payment cycles, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to measure performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Operations (desired).
  • 1-3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP tools, with experience using data analytics to inform business decisions.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision.
