Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Overseeing construction, interiors, and finishing to meet international standards of luxury and functionality.

You will be responsible for driving value engineering to optimize costs without compromising quality or design. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you direct multiple teams, including Project Management, Construction Management, and Interior Design, to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • 15+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 5 years in luxury projects.
  • Prior experience in luxury residential or hospitality (villas, resorts, high-end hotels, malls) strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional technical and managerial expertise across project management, construction, and interiors.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.
  • High proficiency in construction finance, billing, and contract negotiations.
