Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to hiring. The ideal candidate will develop and execute recruitment strategies, design policies, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Design and implement effective recruitment policies and procedures
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the advertising agency sector
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn for hiring
  • Basic knowledge of HR policy-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambition and a desire to prove yourself
