More about us : : Description :This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Recruiter. HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing potential candidates to hiring. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will also be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, designing and implementing recruitment policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications :Experience in managing the full recruitment cycleKnowledge of recruitment strategies, policies, and proceduresFamiliarity with relevant laws and regulations related to recruitmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentExperience in the food manufacturing industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Must Haves :Min 1 Year of Recruitment experience preferably with an advertising agencyKnowledge of using Linkedin for hiringBasic Knowledge of HR policy makingGood, Negotiation Skills, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skillsAmbition and The Desire To Prove Yourself
