We are seeking a highly skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Saket, Delhi. This full-time on-site role will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to hiring.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing recruitment strategies, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

A successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in the advertising industry
  • Knowledge of using LinkedIn for hiring
  • Basic understanding of HR policy-making
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ambition and a desire to prove oneself
