Legal Executive Role

The role involves providing critical legal support to the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management
    • Draft, review, redline, and negotiate contracts for various agreements, ensuring alignment with business needs, risk frameworks, and compliance standards.
    • Maintain accurate records of contract details, including dates, parties involved, and key terms.
  • Litigation & Dispute Management
    • Assist in managing ongoing litigation, arbitration, and disputes, collaborating with external legal counsel as needed.
    • Provide timely case status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress and potential issues.
  • HR Legal & Labour Law Support
    • Offer advisory support on labour law compliance and employee-related legal matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.
    • Support HR in preparing employee agreements, statutory compliance documents, and other essential paperwork.
  • Corporate Secretarial Support
    • Prepare and maintain accurate statutory registers, records, and filings, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Draft notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions for meetings, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution.
  • Excellent drafting, vetting, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, corporate laws, and employment regulations, with the capacity to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios.
