Lead Digital Designer

We are seeking a skilled Lead Digital Designer to spearhead our UI/UX design efforts and develop innovative digital experiences that exceed customer expectations.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop user-centered design solutions by conducting user research, creating personas, and mapping user journeys.
  • Design wireframes and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate ideas.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to refine designs.
  • Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Sound understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centered design principles.
  • Strong sense of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Experience working with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Working knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for design feasibility discussions.
  • Understanding of UI motion/interaction design (micro-interactions, transitions).
  • Exposure to UI/UX for enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex platforms.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience working with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins, ChatGPT for UX writing).
