Lead Technical Vision

Our new L1 blockchain and backend structure enable efficient, secure, and accessible digital infrastructure. You'll work with teams on tech products across blockchain and distributed systems for real-world problem-solving.

Responsibilities

As a technical leader, you'll drive technical design remodeling, refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision and detailed roadmaps.
  • Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews.
  • Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking.
  • Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security.
  • Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem.
