Job Opportunity: Lead Financial Professional

The company is seeking an experienced and skilled financial professional to lead the finance and accounting function. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete accounting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

About the Role:

This senior role requires a strong domain expert with leadership skills and the ability to drive financial discipline in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading end-to-end accounting functions, managing relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books of accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, income tax, and other applicable laws.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets for management.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management.
  • Establish and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making in collaboration with leadership.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
