Job Role:
  • Assist in troubleshooting and identifying the root cause of issues to ensure optimal performance
  • Liaise with team managers and technicians on quality assurance and control measures
  • Report to Lead for quality control and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with EV Maintenance Manager on technical and quality-related matters
  • Utilize tablets and online programming to diagnose and troubleshoot EVs
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements after each repair
  • Provide support on parts technical issues and warranty claims as needed
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the After Sales Manager
