  • Conduct comprehensive tolerance stack-up analysis to validate assembly requirements.
  • Resolve integration and assembly-level issues in EV development to meet quality standards.
  • Integrate newly added components and electrical peripherals to enhance vehicle functionality.
  • Maintain accurate vehicle-level CAD and prepare AIS drawings for regulatory compliance.
  • Create assembly sequence documents and torque sheets according to design specifications.
  • Manage vehicle BOM and release data packs for procurement purposes.
  • Support initial mule builds and coordinate with suppliers for design queries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Design and develop enclosures for electrical components and vehicle harnesses to improve safety and efficiency.
