BA Faculty Position

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified faculty member to teach undergraduate students in the Bachelor of Arts (BA) program.

The ideal candidate should have in-depth subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach BA program courses as per curriculum guidelines.
  • Prepare academic lesson plans, study material, and assignments.
  • Conduct lectures, tutorials, and interactive sessions.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and viva.
  • Guide students in academic projects, research work, and seminars.
  • Participate in academic planning, curriculum development, and departmental meetings.
  • Mentor and counsel students for academic and career development.
  • Engage in research, publications, and faculty development initiatives.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in relevant subject with minimum 55% marks.
  • NET/Ph.D. in respective subject preferred.
  • Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in higher education.
